Proov Inc. collects account credentials, company registration data, and transaction details strictly to execute production contracts, process escrow payments, and dispatch Proov Inspectors. All design files uploaded to Proov Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of the buyer.
By accessing Proov, users agree to transact in good faith, adhere to fair reverse auction practices, and respect intellectual property rights. Unauthorized circumvention of platform escrow or intentional falsification of factory audit certifications results in immediate account revocation.
Tranche Release Conditions:
Cure Period & Arbitration: If an order fails an inspection checkpoint, the seller is granted a 7–10 business day cure period to rectify the defect without buyer penalty. If unresolved, funds are returned to the buyer via escrow refund.
Factories commit to producing exclusively within their declared facility (zero unauthorized subcontracting), granting unfettered floor access to Proov Inspectors, and honoring fixed reverse-auction bids without post-award price escalation.
Buyers commit to locking clear Point of Measure (POM) CAD files, reviewing physical golden samples within 5 business days, and releasing escrow milestones promptly once on-site inspection criteria are met.
In full compliance with GDPR and CCPA, Proov does not and will never sell, broker, or rent user data, proprietary techpacks, or supplier lists to third parties.
